　　Judy went back to the church where she was abandoned. She met Margot there who was a well known actress. Margot was born in a poor family but she did not feel ashamed of her background and endeavored to be the excellent actress. Judy was moved by her determination and decided to be self-reliant. However, Daddy Long Legs turned down her suggestion.
　　Three years passed, Judy had become a lovely girl. Although her love towards Uncle Jervis grew stronger and stronger each day, she wanted to end the relationship. Judy declined Uncle Jervis' proposal due to her poor impoverished background.
　　On the day of graduation ceremony, Judy was looking forward to see Daddy Long Legs but he did not show up as usual. Julia's parents brought the bad news of Uncle Jervis' illness. Judy restrained herself from seeing him immediately because she would give a speech on behalf of the graduates on the ceremony. By that time, Mr. Griggs rushed to tell Judy that Daddy Long Legs was on the brisk of illness. Mr. Griggs took Judy to Daddy Long Leg's mansion in New York.
　　The fack disclosed finally. Daddy Long Legs was Uncle Jervis who show his concerns for Judy all the time. Judy was more certain when she saw the letters she wrote to Daddy Long Legs in the house. Both of them expressed their affections to each other then. After Uncle Jervis recovered from illness, Judy and Uncle Jervis got married and lived happily ever after!

I love this anime! It is the best ever :) However, sometimes there are many wrong spellings in the English subtitle.

Anyway, I still love this anime! I am a big fan and wish they bring out collectable figurines of Jervis, Judy, Julia, Jimmie and all Sallie...etc. that would be so good!

If i was you, i would buy the first series first, then this one(buy both!), so you understand the whole story of Judy Abbott. Both of them are really good, the first box set is about her settling in her new life in high school, away from the orphanage. The second box is about her dealing with the fact that she is an orphan and that she is scared to tell anyone the truth. the box set also deals with her love problems, friends, illnesses and her one and only daddy long legs!

I cannot believe I finally get to buy this set today. I hae been looking for it for such a long time! It use to be my favourite cartoon when I was little and I just loved it! I can't wait to receie it now and I'm sure it will bring back alot of good memories.
