April 11, 2007 Great songs of the TV serialsIt's nice to listen to these great songs by some of the great singers. Although, Roman Tam had already left us, his voice is still alive in my heart. I strongly believe she is one of the very few singers who can handle english, mandarin and cantonese songs very well. I never fail to attend her concerts whenever she is performing in Singapore until now. She has kept a powerful voice even though she is now in her 50s. I sincerely hope Jenny will continue to sing for many more years. This is a good collection of Jenny's songs in this 5 cds set. A great buy item. Please buy it quickly before stock runs out! April 11, 2007 Excellent value for money itemWhen this item was released in end March 2007, I immediately ordered a set after going through the list of songs in the 4 cds plus 2 DVDs set which is really a steal at this price. April 5, 2007 Great film by Li Han HsiangAlthough this film about Ci Xi was directed by Li Han Hsiang closed to 20 years ago, its still great to watch it again now. This just released DVD version had preserved the quality of this classic film both in colour and sound. Li Han Hsiang's films never fail to impress even after watching it again 20 years later. This is packed with a little booklet with a brief details of some of the famous Tai Jian (enunch - male servants living in the Palace). March 31, 2007 Same vcd as the Ci Xi Mi ShiIf you have ordered the Ci Xi Mi Shi, you can skipped this title. It contained the same vcd. You are better off to order the Ci Xi Mi Shi as it contain 2 vcds (Ci Xi Tai Hou and bonus vcd of Yuan Ming Yuan) packed into a little booklet contain a brief details of Ci Xi for the same price. March 31, 2007 Excellent documentaryA very well made documentary of the Yuan Ming Yuan, burned down by the invading western forces during the Opium War. Using computer graphics to reconstruct the original looks of the famous Imperial garden before the destruction. I enjoyed this documentary very much. A good collection to keep!
