Hideo Nakata strikes again with this sodden chiller Dark Water , which had me nearly crawling over the back of the seat to get away from it. Less berserk than Ring and sharing some plot points, but eventually just as creepy and certainly more moving as a mother strives to keep her daughter safe from her ex-husband and that persistent leak in the ceiling. 9 Creepy Abandoned Bunny Schoolbags out of 10 by Mark Morrison - heroic-cinema.com |

| I loved this movie, but I don't get why her mother gave up her life... I get everything that has happened, but not that part... Can someone explain to me why Ikuko's mother did what she did? |

| I really enjoyed watchin' this film. 2 be honest, this was one of the best horror films I've ever watched. The story content was really mysterious n terrified n also the endin' was miserable. I found interests in this film. With a Good Recommendation! |

| I just finished watching Dark Water, and I've still got chills running through me! This isn't one of those "I'll swallow your soul" horror flicks like Juon or One Missed Call, but it still manages to be effectively terrifying though glimpses of a ghostly entity and anxious anticipation. At the *very* end there's a scene that's not a shocker like, "Eeek! The End," but it still sent a wave of terror through me! |

No sooner she moves in and trouble starts with the ceilling dripping of water, and it's not just water, but a gost..that died in water.. this movie has it all..the actors was real good..and I love the way it was written..aside from being scary it also breaks your heart. |

| This movie is more well put together and much more scarier than the ring. I especially like the music, when Ikuko opens the little red bag. Only having watched it today, I was feeling sick to my stomach with the mixed feelings of sadness and scaredness. I think that it has a very slow beginning but as it builds up it gets more and more terrifying. A must for Ju-On and Ringu fans. |
