Completed by the kind of epic, dark and awe-inspiring themes we all came to love in his magnificent scores for THE LORD OF THE RINGS. Rest includes distinct Asian musical influences, some THE AVIATOR references and charmingly severe dissonance, in the vein of his THE CELL score. The overall result is masterful, bold, dashing, sensational and particularly exciting. Be sure not to miss one of the best scores of this year so far.
