　　 　　一宗性騷擾事件引發辦公室的政治風波，一次調查事件揭露兩名高層的明爭暗鬥，金錢，名利，肉慾導致另兩宗的殺人事件發生……
　　公司職員Amy 一天持生果刀傷了高層，還以為會報警處理她，竟被Amy反控強姦罪名。公司避免與另一間公司的合併事件觸礁，把事件低調處理，並委派法律顧問Joe前來調查。
　　卓因此事而離開，背後策劃整件事的是另一高層Jac。Jac串同Amy佈局踢走卓，以確保公司合併後能坐上行政總裁之位，二人更有同性戀關係。Joe發現另一職員Lawrence圖洩公司機密資料，後發現亦是Jac所為，Jac為了消毀証據，竟殺了Law，以圖阻塞Joe的調查。最後在卓的協助下，查出Jac出賣公司証據，迫Jac走上絕路。
　　Jac認定了Joe是害她一無所有之人，竟暗中闖入Joe家，圖殺Joe洩奮，在最後關頭之際，Joe得以解困，Jac最後哉在自己手裡。
　　公司成功合併，Joe為卓洗脫了強姦之名，並坐上行政總裁之位。此時，Joe收到一隻磁碟，竟發現策劃整件事情的竟是另有其人……
