　　大衛、森瑪花、祖、艾力及蘇珊五人駕車前往郊區，參加野外狂野派對。在途中，他們的汽車撞到一名衣衫不整，口中不停嚷著「陰影」的芳。突然，有一架貨車追逐他們，並欲把他們迫向懸涯，此時芳又大讓「陰影」！原來，「陰影」是魔鬼撤旦的崇拜者，而芳正是他獻給魔鬼的祭品。

　　五人避過攻擊，逃至城鎮找史神父幫忙，但是搜查現場時，卻無打鬥的痕跡，他們的話頓受質疑……攻擊接二連三，五人性命岌岌可危，始料不及的是史神父與芳……

　　Five friends pile into a car and drive to the country for a wild Rave party. They hit a young woman, Fawn, crossing the road.

　　Dressed in bloody rags, she is screaming, “The Shadows, The Shadows” They help Fawn into the car and speed off. Suddenly a van comes up from behind and rams them into a ravine. The Shadows are Satan worshippers who have targeted Fawn for their upcoming sacrifice. They are attacked and race for their lives. They find Father Seth who is willing to help them, but he is the one holding a Black Mass with his worshippers. Can they escape? Or will they be The Devil’s Prey?
