100 years of Wonderful! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is such a terrific album. We are not Asian and do not speak Chinese, but are BIG fans of Chinese cinema and music. I got this album for my four year old grandson (who is picking up whole sections of the songs!) but ended up loving it myself.

I am familiar with Jackie Chan Kong Sang's music as well as a few others...Emil Zhou Wa-Kin, Tony Leung Ka-Fai, Alan Tam, Sammi Cheng...but there are a load of artists I don't know and, in listening to this album, discovered I really love. I wish I could read the cover so I knew who they were and could get more music by the ones who are my favorites.

In any case, you are missing out if you don't get this album. It's a joy. Lovely familiar music that makes your heart sing and feeds the soul.

Ah, Disney's magical marketing mayhem... Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
I was hoping this was going to be the songs from the movies, but it's not, it's (mostly, as near as I can tell) the Radio spin-offs, which are never as good as the movie versions. ("A whole new world" got done to death back in the day, and I wanted to puke every time I heard one of the bazillion different versions of "hakuna matada.") So, this collection isn't as good as it could have been, but it's still "okay." This 3-CD set comes in cheap paper sleaves in a cardboard box, so have some empty cases ready when your order arrives. (Luckily, my CD's only got scratched near the edges were no data is written.)
