An eclectic cast of familiar Hong Kong names finds a murky mystery in Dizzy Date. Summer (Edmond Leung) travels to Hai Nam with his friends Pork Chop and Bob, where he meets the lovely and emotionally hurt Mini (Nadia Chan). Suffering after the loss of her departed fiance Sam (Wayne Lai), Mini is now a shell of a woman. Since Sam died, Mini has been unable to go on, and her brother Man is against Mini meeting someone new lest she become even further distressed. Summer is up to the challenge, and even begins to look into the mystery of Sam's death. But when Pork Chop turns up dead, romance and heartbreak takes a backseat to more pressing concerns of life and death! Singer Edmond Leung co-stars with popular television star Nadia Chan, former Miss Hong Kong Halina Tam, and popular character actor Wayne Lai for Dizzy Date, an unexpected murder mystery.

　　音樂家夏日（梁漢文飾）為了尋找靈感，與好友波牛（譚小環飾）豬扒（張學潤飾）赴海南島渡假。夏日被Mini （陳松伶飾）錯認為未婚夫森（黎耀祥飾），原來Mini 曾被逃婚而弄致精神錯亂，常把別人誤認為森，渴望著完成她那未完的婚禮。夏日被Mini 深深吸引而決定追求她，Mini 的哥哥Man 為免妹妹再被愚弄，極力阻撓。波牛與豬扒發現Man 暗戀自己的妹妹，二人以此威嚇Man 。豬扒是同性戀者，為討好夏日，化妝成女人來勾引他，結果被他趕走，事後豬扒被人以利刀割喉而死，波牛在豬扒的手中發現一小束頭髮，令她知道真兇是誰。Man 向夏日說出當日森貪圖Mini 的遺產而加以追求，但結婚當日森竟同情婦（康華飾）鬼混，被Mini 揭發……
　　Summer goes to Hai Nam with his friends, Pork chop and Bob, to get inspiration. He met Mini who was mentally hurt since she was dumped by her flance Sam, Summer finds Mini is lovely and wants to be friend with her. But Man, her brother keep him away from ger because he doesn't want Mini get hurt again. Pork chop and Bob find out that Man is infatuated with Mini. Pork Chop is gay and he dressed like a girl to tempt Summer but got rejected. Pork Chop is wealth, however Mini found out Sam with his mistress on their wedding day....
