This album was my most listened to album of 2007.
Definitely the best female singer to emerge on the scene since Faye Wong. Hopefully she will continue to shine and not disappoint. "Queen" Status is within reach if she steers her career in the right direction.

I have heard some songs from her before and know she is a star above many newcomers and even veteran singers. But this album is like no other. She is beautiful on the cover and every page. Track 5 is worth the money alone. How will her next album top this? I have a shelf of top-10 CDs. This is on it.

Love her voice! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Ever since I bought this album, I couldn't stop listening to it! Janice's voice is sweet and soothing, and very refreshing. I don't think many hk female singers really stand out, but Janice definitely has talent!

When is she coming out with a new album?!

Do U Know is absolutely fantastic! Janice absolutely shows major improvement when grasping the pronounciation of words. Her voice is so soothing to listen too, and she's can handle any songs - fast or slow!

i've always been a fan of janice, and i luv this album, although not the cover very much. Her songs really have the hit single sound, especially Track6, it's my fav! I also like Track2 and Track3. Her voice is almost never disappointing. 9/10

i find her voice quite sweet and soothing to listen to, especially when she's singing english songs. and most of her songs in this album are wonderful to listen to, especially track 6! although some of the melodies are rather alike and not striking enough. but its still a good album afterall, didnt regret buying it!

it's been a while since janice release an album..there wasn't too much sparks as i find most of her tracks quite simliar to the ones she has before

but her vocals has been improving..and she's slowly taking into different kinds of slow-jams and different generes of music

some memorable tracks include

track 2 - typical slow jam..gets addictive after listening to it a few times..janice's vocals are wonderful..espeically during the chorus..she makes it so soft..so lighted

track 5 - a fresh and new feeling..cause it's a fast song with a bit of techno beat into it..kinda like her sister jill..the melody is not too memorable though..but it was nice to hear something fresh and new

track 6 - another slow jam..but this one is different from her usual ones..as this song contained more guitars/bass/drums..but it's not to the extend to a rock song..and this song also has a memorable chorus

track 7 - typical slow jam..this song brings out janice's vocals really well..it has a typical english slow-jam feeling too

track 8 - one of my favourites of the album..although again a bit typical slow-jam..but wonderful melody..chorus..lyrics..everything blend well together

overall the album is not too outstanding..but janice is beginning to try different things and bringing out another side of her..i really like the music (interlude/piano version)..it's a nice arrangement and it gives me a good feeling

hope janice's album can really bring out the spark

 Excellent Ballad Album Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I'll start off by saying that I enjoy this album more than Janice's previous album 'My Love'. There's a nice consistency to the album with no weak-links aside from Track 09 'Do you know where you're going to' which is a pleasant song but doesn't open up at all to let Janice play up her strong voice. All of the songs are ballads, excepting Track 05 which is a great, happy, up-beat dance/pop song, and Track 13 which is a medly of Christmas tunes. Now, even though the other tracks are ballads, Janice's capable and strong voice, as well as arrangements which aren't just plain old piano-keyboard arrangements, keep the ballads from being boring or dull. In fact, you'll likely find yourself humming the tunes to these ballads after the album has played through, they're that memorable. The DVD has some nice Videos for some of the tracks, although they mostly amount to footage from Janice's movie 'A Melody Looking'; still, it's a nice addition and doesn't hurt at all. Another nice feature is that, when played on a computer CD-Rom, the disc runs in its own music player which also displays the lyrics for the current song! Recommend to all ballad fans, and to anyone looking for a capable singer with a strong and melodious voice. 9/10.

I have to be honest, I was never a fan of Janice until I listened to this album and boy am I hooked to it right now!

While I cannot deny that Janice has a very soothing and melodious voice, I was not too sure about her ability in her debut album after she resang several of Leon Lai's hits. This album has definitely made me sit up and take notice of her.

Most of the songs in this album are really tailor-made for Janice's voice and I would strongly recommend this album for late-night listening when you are snugging up in bed, especially track 3 and 6.

THIS CD IS THE BEST ALBUM PROBABLY IN THE WHOLE HONG KONG MARKET.. ITS VERY GOOD. FROM VOICE, TO SONG , TO JANICE.. ITS ALL VERY GOOD. 100% RECOMMENDED... GOTTA BUY IF UR A JANICE FAN OR NOT! ONCE U LISTEN U WILL BECOME ONE TRUST ME O.O
