very nice
| it finally arrived today and i actually did a little jig on my front step when i saw the package. XD only problem i found with it was that there was a couple of small dents here and there and the interior corner of the cover was folded. =.= that annoyed me, since it was so expensive to begin with but I cheered up considerably when i read/saw the rest of the book. the english translation, although the phrasing might be somewhat akward some times, was still clear enough to understand what was happening. :D the pictures were beautiful and this was well worth the price. Cheers! |

Totally worth it.
|
First, it is totally worth the money because the "storybook" have Japanese AND English translations! I don't really care about the Japanese translation since I don't know how to read Japanese but it is all about the English! Also, I seem to have develop a nosebleed from looking at all the sexy pictures of my DBSK boys. They look so hot! At first I don't think it was worth it to spend $50 on a book but being a major DBSK fan, I know I gotta be in debt and just buy it. And I did not regret getting this! This is totally worth the money! All of you DBSK fans should get it before it goes out-of-print. I have a feeling that it is soon since DBSK is so friggin' popular! Next, just get your copy of "AADBSK3"! |

Love it!

Although I was disappointed over the size of the photobook the contents made up for it. I am glad that for once they didn't leave the overseas fans out and actually included english translations. It was a great pleasure flipping though each new page reading the different captions. The pages are rather thin as others has mentioned. The photobook reminds me of a magazine. The pictures are in high quality though. These pictures are probably the truest from the boys, since most weren't of them posing. All the pictures were very natural and the scenery is beautiful. Overall I love this photobook, it was definitely worth the money. However Prince in Prague and the Paris series remain as my first two favorites. I would recommend this to any TVXQ fan. |

I don't have much comments to make because of the excellent and well written reviews by Hoody and SarangAsianMusic. I think each fan will find his/her favorite photos or chapters in this photo book. I tried to read the content in the first chapter on the car race which looks nice with a beat up car, but it totally doesn't make sense to me! So, I skipped to read the last chapter which gives me a glimpse of their private selves other than what I have learned from other sources e.g. their All About Dong Bang Shin Ki Season ll. On the printing (deduction of 5/100 for score):Do yourself a favor. Wrap the book cover in thin plastic film like the school kids to their books, lol! It will save the accident prone fans from unnecessary heart aches because the weight of the book will rip the separate cover page. Because the printing paper are so thin, photos with light color backgrounds like the skies can see through the previous pages. Dimension: (1.7 x 20.5 x 27 in cm) shorter in length than the Paris Series. This is my third preference after the Prince in Prague and the Paris Series Books. Also, I wonder if Yesasia will carry the cute little toy that U-Know is so found of: Duk-Kuen? |

My copy of this photobook just arrived today. At first, when I looked at the size of this photobook, I was a little disappointed, because it was a lot smaller than their Prince of the Prague photobook, being about half its size. I thought that the photobook would be hard-cover as well, but it wasn't. But that was before I opened up the book. From the very first page of the photobook, I was already hooked. Each page has captions, telling us what the members were up to, and it was written in three languages: Korean, Japanese and English. The captions were really amusing, and I actually found myself laughing at some of them, because they were simply hilarious. The boys were so carefree, and the photos were so natural. You would be delighted and amused to see what the boys had been up to when they were in Saipan. This is actually a very different side to the boys...they seem almost normal...just a bunch of friends going on a holiday. Their smiles were dazzling, and the photos itself and the scenery were simply beautiful. I soon found myself being more and more fond of the photobook...and it is something that is really precious because you get to see the boys as they are...normal, playful, cheeky, mischievous...you get to see them running around, trying their best to crack coconuts, playing sports... There is also a personal message from the boys themselves, as well individual interviews of each and every one of them. When I reached the last page of the photobook, I just hugged it, and I am so glad that I bought it. Although the paper was kind of thin, the photo quality was definitely high, and the book was thick! I suppose that makes up for its size. I wouldn't actually call this a photobook...it's more of a giant book about the boys' trip to Saipan. Despite the book's first impression, despite its size, despite the fact that it was not hard-cover, I found myself falling in love with it. It is a little pricey, but if you can spare $50, and you love TVXQ, then you should definitely get this photobook. Hope that helped! |

If you have $50 to spare and are a DBSK fan, I suggest getting this book. This book was sponsored by SBSi, which is the same company that subs all of DBSK's All About TVXQ Seasons, so this is a true indication that there will be a korean version of All About TVXQ Season 3with english subtitles. Also, this book is like a picture storybook with words for almost every picture and interviews with the members at the end. Fans will be happy to know that the original korean writing is translated to both Japanese and English, making this the perfect gift for japanese fans (Bigeast), korean fans (Cassiopeia), and english speaking fans outside of Asia. When it comes to the quality, this is not a hard backbook like the previously released Mirotic Concert Photobook or It's Stylish book released last summer. However, despite this, the picture quality is AMAZING!. Though the paper is thin like that of a magazine, the pictures printed are TOP NOTCH. Also, with the pages this thin, there is room to fit ALOT of photos. This is the thickest photobook I have of TVXQ. The places they went to in Saipan are simply gorgeous, giving the boys some amazing shots. The first half of the book is of the boys having fun while the second half shows photoshoots. In the end, I feel this book is truly worth its price if not moreso, and I'm sure fans who haven't ordered this will be hearing about this soon and ordering it, so I suggest getting this before it sells out. ^_^ YOU DEFINITELY WILL NOT REGRET BUYING THIS! |
