동방신기가 대망의 3rd앨범「T」를 발매 하기 전에 싱글을 릴리스! 이번 싱글은 일본에서
최초로 발표되는 악곡으로, 동방신기가 아시아 전역을 석권 한 「Rising Sun」「"O"-正.反.合.」의 한국 제작진이 다룬 2008년의 아시아의 대표 곡으로서 기대되는 슈퍼 댄스 곡이다. [CD+DVD]의 곡 중, 2nd LIVE TOUR때의 인기 곡「DEAD END」의 REMIX가 수록되어있다.
