| This VCD version omitted almost 25 minutes of the original film. This viewer was confused with the whole story. Why not put back the complete version (111 minutes) on to the 2 VCDs ? |

The movie is great;
| Beware! Although this VCD does have English subtitles, it is cropped to full frame. That doesn't bother me so much--I watched and loved COME DRINK WITH ME for many years that way. What's most disturbing is that the running time is only 87 minutes when it should be 111. Once again it seems that China Art Video Production is releasing incomplete versions of classic films. |
