Song for everyone to listen
The Dragonfly Cd is one of the best of Masami, the melodies are rock, but whit a little feeling of "nostalgia", the track i most listen is "route89" very sad but whit energy and feeling, everyone need to listen this CD.

I shouldn't be that impressed because it's masami-
And she has done it again!, she has overdone herself by deliver this incredible new album, her best album, no doubt about it, without mentioning that this is her recording company's first album ever created. "King Records" must be regreting the fact that they let her go, I really hope and wish she can keep going with her new recording company, and all the success that she deserves. Meamnwhile, listen to "Dragonfly", it is just amazing, all tracks.... I mean it.

Excellent
"Dragonfly" is one of Masami's best albums. The album almost sounds liek a combination of "Her-Day", "Crossroad", and "ReBirth". "Dragonfly" seems to pick up where "ReBirth" left off with the title track. Masami gives you an album filled with up-tempo rock songs and songs that are more soothing and relaxing such as "WHEEL" and "noslagia". Like all other Makkun albums she delivers excellent lyrics and melodies with beautiful vocals. It's an album that is inspirational and passionate...just like Masami Okui herself.

Unexpected....
This is so NOT what I expected when I bought this CD based on reviews of previous CDs. However, I must say I like it! It's quite a bit more rock than I typically enjoy, but the singer has a great voice and really carries all the songs. Pretty much the entire CD is up-tempo...fast and grinding. NOT made for relaxing, this CD is made for getting things done. It's actually very motivational. You can't sit still through this CD! So, even though I was expecting a REALLY different sound and even a different voice, I am not dissapointed. I have even pre-ordered her next release. Trying something new with an open mind is not necessarily a bad thing. Her STYLE reminds me quite a bit a Ayumi, KOTOKO, Juria Matsuda, and other artists that have a distinctive rock classification. The only difference here is unlike Ayumi, she has less all-music songs and fewer ballads...unlike KOTOKO the music doesn't drown out the vocals quite so much...unlike Juria the lyrics aren't so dire and dark. Overall, this was a nice surprise!
