Drama OST Series Vol. 2 comes with the soundtracks for the 2006 KBS TV drama Spring Waltz and the 2005 MBC drama Autumn Shower.

Following in the steps of A Tale of Autumn, Winter Sonata, and Summer Scent, the fourth chapter in Yoon Suk Ho's seasonal series, Spring Waltz starring Daniel Henney, Seo Do Young, Han Hyo Ju, and Lee So Yeon, was highly anticipated not only in Korea, but throughout Asia. For the drama's soundtrack, the producers selected a choice ensemble of pop, acoustic, and new-age tunes. Of course ballads were also included on the album like modern rock group Loveholic's One Love as well as Bada's "Rainbow", Lee Ji Soo's Clementine, and Jang Sae Yung's A Sad Memory.

Oh Ji Ho (Couple or Trouble), Jeong Ryeo Won (My Lovely Sam-Soon), and Kim So Yeon (All About Eve) play out a painful love triangle in the heartwrenching drama Autumn Shower. The drama revolves around a man who starts an affair with his comatose wife's best friend, but what happens when the wife wakes up? The Autumn Shower soundtrack comes with 14 tracks including Kim Dong Ryul's "Reverberation" and Park Ki Young's touching ballad "Love at 3 p.m".
