From the folks who brought you Scary Movie comes Epic Movie, a side-splitting parody of all those blockbusters you shelled out money to see. Lampooning Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Pirates of the Caribbean, X-Men, Snakes on a Plane, Chronicles of Narnia, The Da Vinci Code, and more, the film moves quickly from gag to gag for a parade of non-stop laughter. Epic Movie follows a group of very rude teen orphans (including Kal Penn, Faune A. Chambers, and Jayma Mays) whose tour through Willy Wonka's factory turns into a crazy adventure. Decked in Narnia threads, the group encounters various familiar, but warped obstacles and figures. Look out for celebrities like Crispin Glover, David Carradine, and Carmen Elektra doing silly things, not to mention all the celebrity lookalikes. With slapstick, crude humor, and absurdity abound, Epic Movie just may be as entertaining as the movies it satirizes. Check your brain at the door, and just go along for the raucous ride.
