Mai's best album! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
From the strong and upbeat start with the title track 'Fairy Tale,' to the strong beautiful ballad 'Fantasy,' the album Fairy Tale is one you won't want to miss.

Highlights of the albm are the title track 'Fairy Tale,' 'Feel Fine!', 'Key to my Heart,' 'Winter Bells,' and 'Fushigi no kuni.' Five highlights makes for one strong album. (And the rest of the tracks are great too!)

This is the first Mai album, (and one of the few ever) where I loved every track on the disc. Admittedly a couple of tracks like 'Trip in the Dream,' and 'Not that Kind of Girl' took a few listens before I was able to fully appreciate them, but more than half of the tracks grab onto you right away and you'll find yourself repeating the disc over and over for days.

Definitley give this album a try! Even if you're not a fan of Mai, I guarantee that after a listen of 'Fairy Tale' you will be! :)

Awesome Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
For my Birthday present for me I bought 5 CD's, all being J-Pop cds. This one has definately been the most played of all of them. Some to compare them with are from Boa, Ayumi Hamasaki, Aikawa Nanase, and Do As Infinity. She is so musically gifted! If you love J-Pop half as much as I do or if you just have an appreciation for good music, you will love this CD.

quality of voice, production fall in "fairy tale" Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
songs are not nearly as polished as in ``delicious way''... and how is it exactly that her nice, pure sounding voice now sounds strained & untrained on the this newer album?? gives me a feeling like someone trying to sing kuraki mai at karaoke... [except is actually her ^_*]. Anyway, not unenjoyable, but is failing in various measures [i.e. they obviously cut costs on production of successive albums following the debeau]... still catchy enough to be tapping your hands on the steering wheel whilst she's crooning over your car stereo...

Greatness Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
I will admit that this isnt Mai's greatest album, but this album she trying to get the message accross that she is growing up. The CD starts out strong and never lets go, there are many enjoyable songs on this album (not just one -_-;; )
