Fool on the Planet is excellent substitution, if not better, for the FLCL soundtracks. The soundtracks use mostly crappy shortened versions of their better songs (I MEAN COME ON!! WHO WANTS TO HEAR A 2 MINUTE CARNIVAL WITHOUT LYRICS!? GYYYAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!) So, Here's my synopsis of some songs on the album: I). Fool on the Planet - an excellent song, a tad on the slower side, but it rocks anyway! II). Swanky Street - incredible. The only way I can describe this is incredible. V). Trip dancer - Amazing! X.) Let's see if that's true or not - this song would be a perfect compliment to Another Morning(OH WHY DID THEY NOT INCLUDE IT!?). It has the same type of energy, but with a slower pace. XII.) Ride on Shooting Star - Quite possibly one of their best songs. It's thrill ride through all 2 and half minutes of it. XV.) Strange Chameleon - Words cannot hope to describe this master piece. An amazing, and powerful love song (perfect for that romantic date, or proposal, maybe?). |

| Well, when i first heard them , they had such an american sound to them that i couldn't understand why understand the words. to my shock and horror they were singingin japanese, however they still sounded amazing. their music seemed to e made for FLCL. i have yet to buy this album but rest assured i will soon. |

Buy it already
| A fusion of modern guitar work with a 60s sound, I'm having quite a hard time getting this album out of my CD player. Not really a dud track on this 'best of' album (well, maybe #16 Hybrid Rainbow, but it's still fun to listen to)--how many other compilations can make that claim? If you need an excuse, it's a great FLCL soundtrack substitute, but no excuse is needed for this one. |

Great
| These guys are cool, I never knew of them before. No I didn't hear them on FLCL. Anyway this CD is definately worth buying. It is their best compilation. If you like great classic rock and are tired of the pop stuff this is the one to get. |
