Great Deal

Having never heard of Johnny Lin or his music before, I took the other reviewers' advice and bought the album for myslef (since it was only $2 anyway, what could i really lose?). Initially, I thought some of the tracks sounded like Edison Chen's music. After listening to the whole album, I found that his style was somewhat unique (a lot better than Edison actually). Although I don't understand any Mandarin at all, the music was pretty catchy. It seems like a blend between American RnB and Chinese pop. I'm a bit suprised that JL is not that popular. Anyway, I'd recommend this album to anyone who likes Rnb and/or Pop. |

I thought i'd just take a risk and buy his album, and i wasnt wrong to. Some great RnB tracks on here, not the typical HK pop stuff. So if you love pop music i wouldnt recommend this. But if you like Hip Hop soul type music then this album is for you! O.o |

Wow. I rarely write reviews, but this CD is really awesome. Difinetely a must have CD if you are into RnB. Johnny Lin, although not publicized enough, is extremely talented. I would write this huge review... but if you want something smooth, sweet, rnb/pop/hip hop filled. Well then don't hesitate go buy it. |
