the video
| the video is so cool it has shibue jyoji. He's the guy in the blue and white shirt on the track, and the guy on the right in the pink in the other shots. |

Jumpin' tune, yet still makes me feel lazy.
|
Thank goodness Aiuchi Rina has such an airy/smooth voice that it entertains me just to hear her sing anything, regardless of how bad it is. The tune is hyper definitely, but these beats have got to go. Most singers are going for super-sharp and advanced beats in their songs this year. This song sounds like a carbon copy of her "I can't stop my love for you" single which came out the year before. To be honest, Aiuchi Rina is my favorite jpop artist, and I will always support her releases. However, I'm not afraid to say when a song isn't up to her par. Full Jump is just not as good as her usual inventive tunes. The coupling track "Himawari" is also tired-sounding, but its low-keyed beat is more interesting to me. The "full throttle" remix to Full Jump is absolutely terrible. It's just a rearranged rock version of the song, and Rina cannot do rock for her life. Anyway, Rina is always changing, so I feel this is just one of those average, inbetween-ish singles that isn't as good as others. |

Good but not the best
| As usual, Aiuchi Rina and GIZA work together to produce another high quality single. However, this song is quite unlike her other songs. It is neither a ballad or a really fast tempo song like "Run Up," but rather the tempo of Full Jump is in between. The pop tunes of Full Jump mixed with a hint of J-Rock makes listening to the single a refreshing experience. My only complaint about this song is that the melody lacks an element of addictiveness. Don't get me wrong. Full Jump is a great single but it lacks something that her previous songs like "I Can't Stop My Love For You" has. Personally, I prefer Aiuchi Rina's vocals in very fast paced songs, but her efforts in diversing her "portfolio" should be well recognized. Buy this single if you want to hear Aiuchi Rina sing in a new style, but if you're looking for another catchy techno fast song, Full Jump is not what you're looking for. |

Best Rina Single Since 2nd Album
| whoa~ this is quite a change to earlier times with rina. her recent singles like deep freeze and kaze no nai umi de dakishimete have been very dramatic. but this single takes it all! mix of j-rock and j-pop makes it really rock! overall a cool single to sing with. |
