I really want to buy all the Korean releases of Gee, Genie, and Mr. Taxi - the normal editions - because of the photo cards, but I'm unsure whether the photo cards are the same as the ones in the limited edition?

coz actually this is my first time to order in YA...

okay, for the product.. The single was great!
and i love it more coz i got TaeYeon's card ^^

(actually i'm kinda hoping for getting Fany's, but Taeyeon is my second bias so it's no prob ^^)
the photobooklet is awesome too! the girls look so pretty in the photos ^^

When I saw that the first press limited edition was sold out, I was so disappointed. However, I was able to go to Japan for a two week holiday and when i saw it in the shops I was so excited!! Lucky enough, I got the last one in the store, and it was only about $18USD :D

The mini photo book in it is great, and I do prefer the paper cover rather than the plastic cover in the normal edition.

For the photo card I got Yuri, but I wish I got Taeyeon, Tiffany or Jessica :(

Can't wait for the Gee single! I just recently bought so many snsd products. I dont even know if my mum will let me buy again for a while D:

Really love this since this is their debut single in Japan..

about the song I don't think I need to review about it much since it just one repeated song only.
so yeah GENIE in japanese is awesome. at first I'm still not get used to it because I've been listening to the korean ver too much but then after been listening to it over and over again I have manage to get use to the song in japanese and now whenever I hear the korean I feel like singing the japanese one also.
but really hope that they could put more songs in it..
at least another 1 or 2 different song(s) and not repeating the GENIE korean and the track without the main vocal. it's kinda not worth it.. my mum and brother was nagging at me bcause this CD only have 1 song only..LOL

the packaging is great. It's in DVD size case. when you open the CD case you will see both the CD and DVD on the right side and the booklet on the left side. the booklet is in DVD size also. quite big about the size of Oh! album but don't really have lot of pages.
the booklet features a whole group picture and also members personal picture one page per member and there's also lyrics and credit page.

the DVD contained the GENIE PV and also the DANCE VER PV. Quite simple. I'm wishing for a making of just like KARA Mister but oh well never mind I'm pretty satisfied with the single.

ok now about the PHOTOCARD.. the most wanted item in this single..LOL
I bought 3 First Press LE of GENIE. 2 I bought from here and another 1 I bought somewhere else so overall I have 3 of the cards!!
the 2 which I bought here are both TAEYEON cards and another one is SEOHYUN card.
I heard some people complaining that when they bought more than 1 CD with photocard(like Oh!) from the same store, they will get the same cards for all of the CDs.
the same goes with my TAEYEON cards but luckily its TAEYEON!! LOL

overall I will give 5/5 stars to this single..

Don't forget to pre-order their 2nd japanese single GEE!!
it's pretty much the same as this one with the photocard also.
so grab yours fast before it sold out!!
