Gensosuikoden is an Oriental based RPG series with dramatic storylines that certer around 108 comrades. This game is about conflict among small island nations on the big ocean. The hero is a boy training to become a knight of the nation of Gaien. One day, the ruthless pirate, Brando appears before him with the Coat of Arms of Punishment in his hand. This is a legendary coat of arms and symbol of power. The hero acquires the coat of arms and gathers 107 of his comrades and the story goes through many twists and turns. The battle system of this game has been significantly improved and updated. The system allows you to engage in 1-on-1 battle as well as cooperative play. Because it is a story set on the ocean, there are lots of group battles using ships. There are also mini games to enjoy such as fishing and coin-throwing.
