　　Two young partners actor Warren was a naught guy and fell in love with actress, Laurie; director Fred was a movie maniac, They got a pile of bills to pay but not a buck left. Warren was so happy to know that he was old enough to inherit from his grandfather, but they totally disappointed after received a pawn ticket from the lawyer. They paid all they could, but the stuff was an old briefcase with a photo and an old clock. However, the movie tycoon Stan Gordon was so interested in the briefcase. Actually the clock was occupied by Louis spirit who was ex-butler of Warren's rich grandfather. The crazy chase has been begun after they knew that Louis was the only key to open the secret of a big wealth.
