The best of its genre Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After 9 months hiatus, SNSD presents us with quality bubble gum pop, catchy tunes, lovely outfits and improved vocals.
All the songs are enjoyable and perfect to get you up when you're feeling down.
The title song Gee has become a huge hit in Korea, and not without a reason. It is really cute with an adorable melody that sticks with you and a simple but awesome dance you'll learn in no time if you try.
Way to go is the extended version of Haptic song. It is probably my favorite song on the album, although it's hard to say because all songs are really nice.
Dear Mom is a nice ballad. Not especially catchy melody, but lovely lyrics.
Destiny is a bit different than the rest of the songs. It has an electro feel to it and I don't really like.
Lastly, there's Let's talk about love. It's similar to Way to go and Girls' Generation. Gives a powerful and happy feeling to the listener.
All in all, if you're a fan of genre, buy the album. You'll like it.
And if you're not, well, Gee might have you change your mind. We all need something light and cheerful to listen to, and this album is perfect for it.

There's alot of contreversy surrounding this group. I had bad views of them without even listening to their music, but I must say that 'Gee' has proved me wrong.

This song (Gee) is so catchy! These girls have talent despite all the problems, so its hard to not like them.

Also, this genre of music is very hard to pull off nowadays and I think they are the best current group of this genre (bubble gum pop). I truly recommend this mini album and their first album as well (vol. 1 girl's generation).

Give them a try. ^^

I am so glad that I got this CD!!! After watching "Gee" on youtube, I just fell in love with the song. It's very catchy. And by buying this CD...I fell in love with all the songs, so pretty much the whole album is GREAT! Also, the booklet is amazing!!! The girls look really pretty or should I say beautiful! If you are a Girls Generation/SNSD fan....this is a must!!!

I'm addicted!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm a fan of Morning Musume, C-ute, Ayu, Hikki, Ai and Big Bang (interesting combo I know), and while preordering Hikki's new English album I needed to spend a little more to qualify for free tax and shipping. So, after spotting this album in Yesasia's K-pop chart I flew over to youtube to check out the title track 'Gee'. I have now listened to it about 30 times and watched the video just as much! The girls are so cute and the song is mega-groovy and super-catchy!!! And after briefly checking out the other tracks from album I decided very swiftly that Girls' Generation's Gee album is definately worth buying. DO IT NOW! Ahhhhh - I've got Gee flying around continuously inside my brain!!!

Gee!! this mini album so awesome!!

so fresh with Gee n HimNae...

Gee the part where they sang "gee gee gee gee baby baby baby" totally cute..
and this song very very catchy..

for Himnae.. the unforgettable part for me until now is Taeyeon's part 'yes it's you..uuu..rReady for your love!'
Gee! that taeng's part totally awesome!!

and 0_o 44 pages dude!! isn't that awesome!!??

go go go get this album now... it will be the cd that will keep u busy til their official 2nd album comes out.. get it now... i have it and cant stop listening to it... the book is amazing with the pictures... they show off a new look and feel to the girls but they will always remain our girls we 1st feel in love with... again, get it while its still around... especially if ur ordering from outside of korea... there might not be any left lol... anyways, if u get it... do enjoy it... thank u all :D

KK these 5 songs destiny, dearmom, gee, himnae, and let's talk about love
are probably like my top 5 songs on my ipod rite now
after getting my album couldnt help but start screaming everywhere
if u guys are even thinking of buying a album this month
this is the first album u better buy :) !!!!!
it is too good too let go wat if this album is sold out???
better start buying now !!!

There is absolutely nothing mini about this album!
Album was the best thing to start off the year 2009!
The title song "Gee" literally swept the fans (me) off their feet, and the music video made me squeal because it was oozing with cute yet sexy outfits, dance moves, and facial expressions!
The cd has a 40+ pages of pictures of these 9 pretty girls, it was WAY WORTH the buy!
If you even have a TINY bit of interest in the girls this is a MUST buy, because it will turn that tiny bit of interest into LOVE!
All 5 songs have it's own different feel and it is sure to suit anyone's taste. These girls have really shined again through this mini album, and I am already looking forward to their next full album!

I've loved all all their CDS and i cant wait for the Mini-album! I preordered mine and so should you!

Now there's a 40 page booklet with it and songs written by kenzie who was the mastermind between many other SNSD songs, and E-tribe who wrote Lee hyori's hit U-Go-Girl and other lengends!

The teaser got me all excited and i cant wait! oh em GEE!
