it was amazing. i think i prefer this over meteor garden anyday. it was light and entertaining. i absolutely love matsumoto jun and inoue mao, their roles were perfect like everyone elses. each episode was filled with some random humor or what not and i think that's why it's better than meteor garden which had a rather sadder feel to it then hana yori dango. you should go buy it, cuz it's worth every penny. :]

So I bought this and just finished watching it. It doesn't really follow the story but it's still good because it's a surprise. I am thinking that they are going to continue making this movie? Since it kind of ended in the middle of the story. I can't wait to find out what happens!!! =)

Best drama ever!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is the best drama to me ever!! The nicest J-drama too! I'd just finished watching this new version of HANA YORI DANGO, it's awesome to me!! The actors and actresses have left me with a good impression of them. They acted well and each of them had exactly express the way the character that they're playing should be. But I'd some opinions/views about this version. Firstly, Matsumoto Jun is acting well, but as he needs to express out the way Tsukasa is, his actions was a bit over as he walks, I think is dued to his height. Secondly, the drama was too short!! For example, this version is shorten by joining 2 events into one, therefore, the drama seems to end much more faster than we might have expected. Near the last few chapters, the drama is a bit out of point, but, it still stays in connection with every details in the drama, which makes it fresh. One thing I realized is that this version seems to have a few events that's from the taiwan version. Afterall, it was really a good drama.
But, at the end of the story, I'm a bit blur about it. Anyway, I should/can somehow guess if the 2 leads ended up together. GOOD RECOMMENDATION TO ALL HANA YORI DANGO FANS! A MUST WATCH DRAMA!

nice! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
So far, I'd only watched the 1st episode of this new version of HANA YORI DANGO. It's totally/almost the same as the anime version! I'm quite amused by it :) I wonder why japanese dramas cost so expensive, or else, I'll be sure to spend my money on this drama. What a pity it is, I can't have it as one of my collections of the HANA YORI DANGO collectibles... Anyway, it's a nice drama and leave me a good impression on the actors, especially the actress who acted as Makino Tsukushi, as this is the first Japan version of HANA YORI DANGO I'd watched, apart from the anime and the taiwan version. Overall, I'll continue my way to enjoy and finish this drama :) A good recommend to all the HANA YORI DANGO fans!

Excellent drama! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
The main characters were perfect for their roles. Held up to my expectations!! Now if only I have enough money to spend on this box set, I would without any hesitation. I guess it's to save money!
