I just got my copy today, and wow, I am so glad that I have this. In addition to the movie itself being intertaining, the Japanese voices were SO great. (In more than one way!) The kid's voices were wonderful, and Snape's was so deep it had me literally rolling on the floor.
If you get this, you won't regret it!

It was fun watching Harry Potter in Chinese, but throughout the whole movie, I kept having the nagging feeling that something was missing...and then I'd remember that the movie is in FULLSCREEN, so half the picture IS missing! Two disks, and they couldn't use one of the sides for the FULLSCREEN version? How utterly disappointing (which is why this product doesn't score a 10).

This movie fails to be compared to reading the novel itself for the novel is so much more interesting. But the movie is parallel to the book. The movie is good for kids of all ages. Thumbs up for children reading come to life [film] fun.

I liked this one, but the reason why I gave this dvd a score of 6, is why they put this movie on fullscreen and not on widescreen???!!!!
