Just got this album and a little disappointed as bought the album to obtain the japanese version of
"Moment" which is not available in this album at all. Will now have to get another album which
contain the song.
This album is not completely similar with his korean album though some songs are similar with his
korean version. I flew over to korea about 8 years ago to get the korean version of album and have never
regretted it till today.

A Must Get Wonderful Ballad!.. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Forget my previous review on this CD's design! Sorry, I can't even understand it myself. :) The CD jacket is basically a double fold with the CD and DVD covers imprinted with the design of a horizontal row of pastel color trees from the left to the right side with the jacket fully opened. If I'm still confusing you, then get the CD to find out what I mean. The design is really simple and beautiful! Ryu is absolutely worth it!

I wish I can read Japanese to fully understand what has been said by him on his works in the DVD. He takes his works seriously and is a wonderful composer as well. He sounds absolutely wonderful in the Chinese version of Lover in Winter Sonata OST. I'm not able to tell you how good he is with his Japanese because I don't know the language. Because I'm partial to him, so all the tracks in this CD sound wonderful to me. The exceptions are Happy End and Track 8 because the drums are too heavy. I also think that his vocal is suitable for Japanese songs. Don't miss this CD with First Love, the ballad that will rise to the very top of your chart!

First Love.......... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm so glad that I bought this CD recently. When I opened the package, I was really impressed by it's artistic design: a folded 4 leaves with pastel color trees on one horizon line. The CD & DVD are duplicated with the same tree design so that when you remove them from the package, the picture remains the same.

There is one track that I love a lot that it gives me the goosebumps when I listen to it. It is called 'First Love'. It is a slow, atmospheric ballad with nice melody composed by Ryu himself. First Love shows that he is truly a talented artist. The tract is filled with deep emotions and the feeling of love is amplified by Ryu's magnetic, soothing and some what sad voice. I know the album is expensive, but First Love by itself is totally worth it. It will evoke or remind you the feeling of 'first love', much like the series Winter Sonata capable of doing. Of course I'm partial to Ryu because I like his style of music and I never got tired of his singing in that series OST. Don't miss this CD if you are Ryu's fan! And if you have never heard of Ryu before, then get his other CD, Moment before getting this Japanese CD.

It will be a bonus if you understand Japanese because the DVD contains Ryu's comments on his works on Winter Sonata OST and this CD. Too bad that I don't!

japanese version of Korean songs Customer Review Rated Bad 6 - 6 out of 10
When i saw this album in the music stores, I was quite excited. After listening to it for a while, I realised this was just a japanese version of his korean CD, most probably due to the popularity of Winter Sonata in Japan. It was slightly disappointing as Ryu sang most of the songs in Japanese, which I prefer to hear them in his native tongue, Korean. But perhaps for Japanese fans, they will like this album.

Superb. I just loved the "Moment" sung by RYU in Japanese and would listen to this song over and over again--so meaningful. I knew he had a fantastic voice, but he just out did himself in this CD. I'm referring this music to all my friends--I just became another fan of his.
