Though P.K. drools and dribbles like a three year-old, he actually possesses extreme intelligence, meaning sooner or later government spooks will be hot on his trail. Can a group of alien-sympathizing Hong Kongers (led by the lovely Anita Yuen) help P.K. before the Men in Black take him away?
