Aaron Kwok (Throw Down) and Eason Chan (Love Battlefield) are the coolest duo you can get on the police force, headed by stylish senior inspector Yumiko Cheng (her debut in a lead role). A notorious burglar Ken has arrived in HK and targets on a valuable diamond necklace. It is the last job Ken plans on completing before he flees the country with his girlfriend, Yu-fung. Ting and Chong are invited to join a special unit, which is led by Bo Bo, to track down the ringleader. After Ken successfully gets hold of the diamond necklace, the conflict over the booty allotment soon develops into a fierce fight among the gang members. Ken is trapped by Yuen, another gang leader of the same camp. In an attempt to rescue Ken, Yu-fung turns to join hands with police to catch Yuen and the other gang members.

HEAT TEAM Heat Team is pretty much your standard "buddy cop" movie. This time out, Aaron Kwok plays the straight-laced stone-faced one (wow, big surprise) and Eason Chan is the "loose cannon". They're paired together by their captain (Danny Lee, who really looks like he needs a nap) to team up with a tough Interpol commander (Yumiko Cheng) to bring down a high-profile jewelry thief (Dave Wong). Of course, the partners hate each other at first, but bound together long enough to take on the bad guy. There's really nothing going on here that's worth noticing. Besides a Heat-inspired firefight on a freeway, there's very little -- if anything -- that sets Heat Team apart from the billion other films of this type which have proceeded it. Still, the movie does deliver a kind of nice mindless popcorn fluff which hits the spot when you're sitting around with a case of beer and some people to cap on it with. RATING: 5 out of 10 |

Absolutely the most funist movies......
| This movie is my favorite of all time. I have see lots of comedy such as (Internal Affairs comedy version) and (Three all of kinds), but all that does not compared to this movie. I laughed just as the movie started because Eason is very funny. I have to tell you guys, this movie is worth to see. If you find this movie is not funny at all, then you are not in to comedy movie. |

dont bother!
| seriously, dont waste ur time on this....its totally pants! i've never written a review b4 but this film its soooooo bad, i feel its my duty 2 warn u guys! i knew it was gonna be bad after just 5 mins....so, when the 1st vcd finished i went 2 bed.....i mite watch the 2nd vcd......then again, i think more likely than not.....i wont! |
