Actually quite good Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
As a long time fan of the 1986 TVB version of Yi Tian Tu Long Ji, I was pleasantly surprised at how good this version is. Despite the fact that the first episode gives away some of the plot and has a few rather surprisingly less that special cgi sequences, the rest of the story is actually quite well acted and well done. Overall, a good version of this last book in the Condor Heroes Trilogy.

It would be nice to see an English Subtitled version to make it easier for those of us whose English skills are sadly below their Cantonese or Mandarin skiils.

Alec Su and Alyssa Chia are the best made for this movie. Alec has a baby face, young, handsome, and cute. Alyssa is pretty, cute, smart, and beautiful smile. Alec and Alyssa's character are awsome. Eventhough Zhao Min(Alyssa) is engage to prince, she stronly disagree it and go to do what she believe in. Zhao Min is in love with Zhang Wuji(Alec). If she have to marry prince, she rather die. Zhan Wuji(Alec) is lucky that he have four women love him. When he is in the island with all four women, god father, old lady(turn out to be pretty lady), he has prove that he love Zhao Min(Alyssa) the most. On the island Zhou Zhiruo(Gao Yuan Yuan)want to kill Zhao Min(Alyssa), Zhang Wuji(Alec) stop her and say if you want to kill Zhao Min then kill me first. I like the happy ending that Zhang Wuji and Zhao Min together. Right now I try to watch all the movies that have Alec Su and Alyssa Chia.

but did someone not get the memo that this is a wuxia series? The fight scenes are the worst I've ever seen, even compared to hollywood productions. I know wuxia series tends to exaggerate martial arts abilities, but this series takes it to a new high (as in low). the '86 Tony Leung version or the '78 is much better. The '86 version also has a few tie-ins with the '82 ROCH. This version has no tie-ins whatesoever; there's almost no mention of the prequels. I guess they also forgot the part where this is a trilogy. But that's not the end of it; Wudang is reduced from 7 close disciples to 3. (Ok there are 7, they even mention it, but you really only see a few of them). I cannot get over the fact that Alec Su plays Zhang Cuishan and Zhang Wuji. The two are completely different characters (literally, and personality wise). I could go on and on about my negative feelings but I'll spare you. If you're not a wuxia nut and you can live with the abominable fight scenes, this series isn't a complete loser and is worth watching.

I personally hope Zhang Jizhong will be involved in a future version. His previous works have been wonderful.

Can't let it go. It's a great "reproduction," "reenactment" of the previous "Yi Tian Tu Long Ji." The actors are good at what they do. The story line remains the same but with better special effects. It's definitely a keeper.

Wonder how Taiwan fares in its adaptation of the timeless wuxia classic? Wonderfully! I enjoyed this series from start to end, and if books can be page-turners, this series is an disc-changer!
Although Alec su is abit awkard with his beard and all as Zhang Cuishan, he fares incredibly well as Zhang Wuji and manages to exude the silent charm of an unlikely hero and saviour of the pugilist world.
Another enjoyable aspect of the show is the infamous 4 way romance between Zhang Wuji, Zhao Min, Zhou Zhiruo, Zhao-Er and his cousin YinLi. Alec manages to create chemistry of varying degrees with each of these beautiful actresses. Gao Yuan Yuan and Alyssia Chia are the main girls that vie for Zhang Wuji's affections. Alyssia is perfect as the cute and lovable Zhao Min while Gao Yuan Yuan;s beauty totally captures the presence of Zhou Zhiruo.
Thoroughly enjoyable, especially love the chemistry between Alyssia and Alec~!

this was a kool movie i ever seen. their was a good acter in there. alyssa chia was a good acter of being mad a jealous and everything. gao yaun yaun she is pretty sweet in the movie this is about fight,kool and lovable. it is jux sweet how it end of getting eacxh other.

I really like alyssa...she is so cute!!! Plus, alex is cute, too....But I really dislike the other main girl....she is so annoying. If you watch, "magnificent healer"....u'll love alyssa in it, too. the other girl also starred with alyssa...and i hated her......she seems to play weak characters with no backbone....but alyssa plays the playful one...so adorable when she makes her faces.
I also like this version of the movie because it seems to be more thorough then the one with Tony Leung....And I like it better than the one with Charmain sheh.

THE CHARACTERS IN THIS MOVIE WAS GREAT... BUT THE STORY AND ALL WAS BORING... HE MADE THE MOVIE SEEM LIKE A DRAG! I LOVE ALEC SU YOU PENG WITH ALYSSA CHIA!! THATS THE ONLY REASON TO WATCH THIS MOVIE! THEY ARE SO CUTE TOGETHER! THEY NEED MORE MOVIES WITH THESE TWO ACTING TOGETHER. I WOULD SUPPORT IT ALL THE WAY!

I saw the dubbed version of this movie... it was really good but they cut out a lot of parts... I want to buy the US version too because I want to know what really happened! IT'S REALLY GOOD! WORTH WATCHING... the actors are just super...
