this movie is not that good!!
| i purchase this movie on dvd 2 months ago and its pretty bad!!there r some hilarious moments,but overall the film is trash.i bought it because jimmy lin was in it,but i guess its jus one of bad choice movie that he participated in.its a low budget movie with cheesy costumes,visual effects,and picture |

Fantasy movie
| This movie has its funny moments but it is very fantasy-like. This is another version of the Monkey King, but all the costumes are so fake, does not look real at all. And it was quite boring. |

Cute remake
| This is a cute remake of the traditional Monkey King story and the story of the Heavenly Gods. The kids make the movie funny and cute. Jimmy Lin does a good job as the monkey and adds on to the fun too! I recommend this movie to Jimmy Lin fans and to people to love to laugh and also are familiar with the traditional stories! |
