　　「感恩歲月」是打破世界棒球全壘打紀錄的我國旅日棒球明星王貞治日籍的母親王登美所寫的一本書。

　　王登美在第二次大戰前，她和中國及的王仕福結婚—那是一九二七年的日本，日本各銀行都發生擠兌現象，整個社會動盪不安人心惶惶。

　　一九二九年他們買下「五十番」中華麵館經營。長男鐵城、長女幸江、次女順子都在這種出生。

　　一九四零年五月十日，么兒童治誕生，這時夫妻倆已經有自己的店了，貞治生時是雙胞胎。身體太差兩歲還不會走路，貞治瘦的皮包骨。

　　鄰居見益登美到「帝天」駐廟禱告，所以往後的四十多人，貞治從一間斷去「帝釋天」參拜。

　　一件噩耗隆臨王家，一向蹦蹦跳跳的廣子竟羅患惡性麻疹，一週後夭折。當時的迷信，雙胞胎死了一個，另一個也活不成。為了貞治的病，登美帶貞志趣淺草醫院從不間斷的看病。。

　　小學時代真治開始掌高，成了孩子王，她開始偷偷練棒球，可是老爹確反對王貞治打棒球……
