BYJ is the best Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
This is the 2nd Korean drama I’ve watched on DVD in Australia. Compare to ‘Winter Sonata’, this drama ended flat and dry with lack of character exploration. My favourite character is the ‘house keeping’ manager whom exhibited a wicked sense of humour. We did not really enjoy the performance of BYJ’s love interest nor her unnatural appearance. However if you are a BYJ’s fan, this is the one to get.

never expected to be hooked on this Korean drama but
this one is really good, it is worth it ,when I got my
own copy in the mail it is long weekend here and have
time to watch it again and again, did not notice the time cause I am so happy how Song Yun Ah acted so well
really admire her acting and good face, handsome pairing of Bae Yong Joon and Song Yun Ah are so compatible, well acted and well directed drama, music
is so enjoyable in every scene. Thank you for the website of Hotelier, enjoying the clips and
artistic creations. Also to AZN cable where I met this
beautiful K-drama. No wonder most Pilipinos are crazy
with K-drama back home don't blame them. Only wish
the kissing scene is longer and more for BYJ and SYA.Korean actress is so beautiful love SYA my favorite
innocent face and BYJ very good looking, I like more
of them in the near future.
SYA and BYJ you make my heart in love again.
K-drama fanatics you need this in your heart and
in your library. Still can't get over with.

I first met hotelier in our cable AZN channel, the scene where Zhen Ying discover that Frank is a hunter,
since then I keep watching til it ends in May. I keep
calling all Korean store to rent, can't get any English sub., finally got my own copy in the mail
and love to see this movie drama everthing is so beautiful, the music and the actress, Song Yun Ah really act so well that I like to be like her, Bae is great, my friend ask me to buy the winter sonata dvd,
I did not enjoy it like this Hotelier, this is the best, worth buying it since you will enjoy every
thing,fell in love with the lovers, Zhen Ying and Frank. Wish to see them again soon in another movie.

I am so happy watching this movie and begging the producers to make another love story for Bae and Song.
You will make their fans happy again for the second time.
Need to buy this movie!!! a must!!!!
I just want to watch it again and again, can't do
anything, so much in love with Frank and Jinyoung,
innocent and simple girl, love her face. Frank you are
everything a girls dream.

It is an excelent drama. I think both Bae Yong Joon & Song Yoon Ah played very well in that drama, especially, Song Yoon Ah. I hope that they will act together again in the future.

Just got my own copy in the mail and boy !was I in cloud 9, I fell young again with this two actors
Bae Yong Joon and Song Yun Ah ,very excellent choice
for this love story. Best pair I've seen, got crazy
with the AZN TV series and need to have my own to keep
and watch again and again and let my friends share to
make them crazy too with BYJ and SYU. Love how they
act so real, hope they will have a new drama
with beautiful ending longer one. Song is so cute
and beautiful figure and Bae with georgeous eyes, body
and all.

Hey I watched your movie again it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. I watched it so many times it's like i actually know the line to everysingle character. ANyways i love to write reveiws. So far tis is probably the best movie i had ever saw yet. Bye!!

Best Actor-Bae Yong Joon Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I watched Winter Sonata, after which I kept searching for Bae's other series and found this one. The storyline of this series is quite interesting and as expected, his superb acting and his heart-rending expressions really captivated my heart and soul. I recommended many of my friends Bae's series and most of them also fell in love with him. Song Yoon Ah is pretty good here too. We hope that you will give us more of Bae Yong Joon in your future series. Also please give him a happy ending in your other series like in HOTELIER.

the best drama I fell in love, still day dreaming for
this TV drama , Bae Yong Jun and Soon Yoon-Ah best love
character can't get out from my mind.
Wish they can produce part II and thanks a lot to
Kathie in Delaware, you are an angel, really enjoying
the artistic creations in the web, my favorite is
inhouse wallpaper(In you, I find peace) so sweeetttt

Hey! Your movie was great . I liked it a lot. The bell boy was cute and woww. You know what i mean. The movie is also pretty sad. I think that whoever made this movie should make another one because it was really great. there is more to say but i gotta go. Bye!!!
