Directed by Khan Lee (famous director Ang Lee's brother), the TV series stars Betty Huang from Princess Returning Pearl and Ambrose Hsu whose charm has shone through At The Dolphin Bay. The story starts with an ugly girl who escapes from her wedding and flees to her dream city Shanghai. Being mocked at repeatedly because of her physical appearance, she decides to go for cosmetic surgery... But that is a way of no return!

Hilarious
| I found this series extremely hilarious. Huang Yi has done a great job as the leading female role. There are a few scenes which she made me giggles and laughed aloud. Of course Ambrose is really cool and gorgoeus and other supporting actors and actresses are also funny and pretty as well. The "big" girl who is Huang's friend is really funny. Overall i highly recommend this series. |

Hou Tian Mei Nu
| Watched up to Chapter 5 of this drama and found Ambrose Hsu as gorgeous as he is in Dolphin Bay.......but one thing surprise me is that......I could not figure out why his voice in this drama does not sound like his previous other two drama i.e. Lavender and Dolphine Bay. He has that husky sexy voice and in this drama, it sounded that its someone voice....... |
