Solid! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Mucc presents us with a mature, solid album that delivers! Miya’s versatile guitar techniques are nothing short of amazing, Yukke’s bass is the perfect blend of smooth and funky and Satochi’s drumming is greatly energetic. But it is Tatsurou’s voice that is icing on the cake, poignantly narrating each track to perfection. Houyoku will leave you breathless with grand tracks like Kagayaki Sekai, Yasashii Kioku and Ame no Orchestra and move you with hard-edged songs like Monster, Saishuu ressha and Tonbi. With a dash of swing and pop blended in, it is experimenting that best reflects Mucc’s maturity as a band, moving away from the raw sound of earlier albums and Houyoku is the perfect example of that. .

A Must Have For MUCC Fans. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I just recently had the pleasure of listening to this album. With the first song, my jaw had already hit the floor. It is amazing, heaven to my ears and I fell in love instantly. Tatsurou's voice is just amazing as ever. As said below, this is a big step up for MUCC. Amazing songs, as well as inculding the ever wonderful Ame no Orchestra. A must have for MUCC fans, guarentee you won't be disappointed.

This album really is a step up for MUCC. It's fantastic! It is worth buying just for the awesome singles on it alone. The dvd that comes with it is good too.
