| After waiting over a month to receive this CD, I was disapointed when I played it. Yes, TiA has a gorgeous voice. Very, very nice and pleasant. However, the style just isn't me. It's all easy-listening R&B type music. I suppose that is far from BAD, but I didn't like it...only one or two tracks on this release even perked my ears up. The rest is elevator music with no real substance or meaning. And I was REALLY anticipating this release. Kind of a let down. TiA has the raw talent, she just needs to twist it into a more up-tempo pop style that people can really get into and enjoy. Right now, she's wasting a pure and silky voice on sub-par and BORING music. |

Impressive Debut

TiA is a fantastic singer. She has a rare voice, and it's really refreshing to hear a main-stream pop artist with a good voice. This CD is pretty decent. My favourite tracks are Every Time, Negai, Birthday Eve and Feel. TiA wrote a lot of the lyrics herself, and the ones she wrote are really interesting to listen to. Hopefully she will get some more recognition in 2005 and I can't wait for her next single to be released as well. |
