Great Plot
Great Plot
| The movie was ok until you reach the ending and it makes you love the movie. As always, Jeon Ji Hyun carried a great performance and the plot was great. |

Interesting...
| It was very quiet throughout the whole movie and it'd seem very boring to many people like my brother,who thought it was an absolute load of rubbish,but i thought it was very interesting.It's quite touching and a little sad at times,but it's a nice romantic film. |

cute but kind of confusing at first glance
| the first time i watched this movie, i found myself kind of confused by the plot, but when i watched it a second time, i really liked it! i had really enjoyed jung ji hyun in my sassy girl, and i thought she was great in this movie was well...i think she pulls off the more quiet, sensitive, and reserved character very realistically. This movie is really sad at parts, but the sweet nature of the movie makes it worth the tears (I cried a lot during it!) just a warning though, the english subtitles are HORRIBLE in this version, there are typos all over the place...but other than that, i highly recommend it! |

INTERESTING!!!
| i like the movie because its so interesting. can you imagine a girl from the future and a guy from the past met in the present? the movie is so IMPOSSIBLE yet so INCREDIBLE!!! i really appreciate the maker of this movie, of his great imaginations! oh yeah... it wouldnt be a great movie without the best actor and actress. woh! jeon ji hyun is just so beautiful i wish i could meet her in personal. and i like lee jung jae because he is so handsome, promise. i can go to korea because of him. they fit for each other. when you start watching il mare... youll be confused because of the two time zones, but the longer you watch the better it becomes. i just dont like the ending because she told the girl of their love story, when she still doesnt know who the guy is. even the ending is not quite good... but its still a great movie. i recommend you people to watch this. its worth the time!!! |

| Yup, I agree with the other reviewers. This is a good movie. I liked watching it. Though I felt there were some boring parts, it's still good. Very good story. Very original storyline. I saw this movie after watching lots of korean romatic movies. So, I feel that this is a kind of movie where someone should watch first before watching any other korean romatic movie. I think if I would had watched this movie before I seen any other korean romatic movies. I would have liked it even more than what I am thinking right now. Watch IL Mare if you haven't seen it. If you have seen it, then you already know it's good. |

I saw this film, because I like Jeon Ji-Hyeon. She's such a beautiful girl :-) Il Mare is a fantastic movie. This is one of these films, where you could crying. It was so sad. If you want crying, look this film and it will possibly happens ^^. |

| I'm not someone who cries because of movies, and I don't usually watch asian movies. (I'm asian.. -_-|||) T^T I was crying while watching this movie. It's so sad but so good. YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT. Jeon Ji Hyun is the best actress. :) MUST WATCH. |

truly a masterpiece....
| I can truly say that this is the most excellent movie i have seen... If you like romantic movies then it's a must see!!! Te plot and the setting of the story are magnificent. The scenes are really dramatic as well as the stryline. This movie was the one that gave me a reason to start watching korean movies... ? |
