f***ing awesome!
| i disagree that this movie is for fans only. i never even heard of the orginal flick before this film was released. my boyfriend, an anime and manga fan, dragged me to see it and i was blown away, by both imagery and plot. i rushed to rent and watch the first, and was even more impressed with philosophy behind these movies. i've seen each movie atleast three times and hope to watch more when i purchase them both on dvd. |

"Innocence" is out of this world

"Innocence" is the long awaited sequel to Ghost in the Shell (& the follow up to Stand Alone Complex & 2nd Gig). In my oppinion this film is the Greatest achievment in Animation Art work & Cinematic Artistic direction of ALL time. This film is a "Must Watch" for all Animation fans. Although the story line in complex, you will find yourself watching this film over & over. Its Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Interesting, more of the same
| Ghost in the shell 2, Innocence has some visually appealing eye candy. The computer animation is integrated into very well into the cell animation. The story though is another monster in itself. The plot is highly complex with lots of philosophy about man and machine in between action scenes. This movie is for fans only, as any casual viewer will not be able to follow this movie from the beginning to the end. The commander(name?) from the first ghost in the shell only makes an appearance at the very end of the movie, it's a bit dissapointing she only shows up in the end. Overall, a decent flick for ghost in the shell fans.. if you are not, stay away. |

innocence is definitely one of the best animes yet.prepare for mind-blowing visuals and overwhelming animations.the sound and music score is brilliant and it all comes together with a thrilling and exciting story. innocence is a must have,not only for anime fans or fans of the first movie.watch it and be amazed by this masterpiece. |

Sweet movie!!!

This was very cleverly made, I think this movie is better than its first sequel. When the movie was over, it gave me so many ideas and I was pondiring for so long about the subjects they were discussing in the movie. FOR ALL WHO LIKE ANIME OR (GOOD) SCI FI MOVIE LOVERS, THIS MOVIE IS A MUST SEE. IT HAS TONS OF ACTION AND CONTENT. THIS MOVIE IS NOT TO MISS!!!! |

| A bit hard to understand, they use alot of quotes from different books and famous sayings.. why? i dont know, but it all blends in at the end. awesome animation, good story, should of been rated R but i had enough gore to satisfy me...over all good movie. |
