One Up Each for Nic and Wu Jing Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I've been and still a fan of Nicholas Tse's father, notably the great Patrick Tse (The Shell Game and The Bund ), in his hey days back in the 60s when he was crowned the hottest canto actor alive. Nicholas is a chip of the old block and it's good to see him improving himself so much not just in stunts and martial arts but his acting ability/craft. (p/s check out The Promise). Nicholas had a good start, teaming with Jackie Chan in New Police Story and the rest is history. I love Wu Jing, he can be so cheeky (Drunken Monkey with Liu Chia Liang) and yet versatile as a villian. With their martial arts background, it's awesome.

I won't go into details as to the plot of the movie cause a lot of reviewers already done that but disecting more into individual actors' bit in this show. Jaycee Chan, unfortunately, is only a shadow of what Jackie was at his age. Let's hope he'll improve. But he hasn't made that many movies , so, let's hope he'll learn his craft with age. Our beloved Ken Lo threw in a cameo as a Police Inspector (Nicholas' superior, also related cousins). I enjoyed this little thriller as it's hardhitting, fist-flying and twist-n-turns. Enjoy it.

Worth every penny Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I got this movie today and watched it all at one time. It is a nice change from the usually kung fu comedies from Jackie
Chan. I particulary enjoyed seeing Nicholas Tse and Wu Jing. As far as story line goes, I like Jaycee's story line. Cops
doing the right things.

Really entertaining. Nicholas Tse shines. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Director Benny Chan knows how to entertain his audience knowing full well that if you are to make an action picture you might as well do it with a bang, and this what he does here by delivering scene after scene of action from fight scenes, shoot outs, foot chases to explosions there are all in this film. Jaycee Chan actually does a decent job of playing the all good cop and hadles himself quite well during his brief fight scenes. Shawn Yue plays his hard hitting cop believably and he gets to let loose in the fist cuffs. It is Nicholas Tse that truly shines, though his acting is questionable (but passable), every stunt in the film is done by the actor himself and Benny is not afraid to show it: whether it is free falling into a bus or down a flight of stairs it is all him. His foot work is also top notch.

The bad guys is actually all real life martial artists; Wu Jing, Andy On, Vincent Sze and an unknown wu shu trained female but unfortunately they do not actual have many fight sequences, only Wu Jing gets to go toe to toe with all the leading actors. Wu Jing does a decent job of playing the bad guy and one cannot help but root for Wu Jing cos he is just so likable.

The story is nothing new but actually handled quite well, though there is a pointless scene of Andy On bonding with Jaycee Chan's character.

Good Movie Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This is a really good action movie with a story-line that (nearly) brings tears to your eyes!
Jaycee puts in a really improved acting performance and I was pleasantly surprised by how well he played his character. Nicholas showed he really has been putting the training hours in with the fight scenes, which are pretty impressive and Shawn Yue delivers a convincing solid performance! Recommended!

really good Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Invisible Target was a really good action thriller.
even though it might feel a bit slow paced at times it has a well written story, interesting characters and everybody in the film does their parts top notch.

don't expect a bullet balle film as its not!
but what you get is a thriller of high class and when its action it is action HK style!
some awsome stunts are to be seen aswell..

Awesome action from HK Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Wow! I have seen a lot of HK movies in 2007 so far, and I must admit that this movie is probably the best HK movies that I have seen this year. Maybe something better is down the pipeline, until then, this movie rocks! It had a lot of actions to keep a person entertaining throughout the movie. Added some comedy momemts to the movie; and then you have a complete movie for all genre.

Going on my Top 20 HK Films Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Director Benny Chan, brings yet another nonstop action packed thriller to life with this well cast film. Much should also be accredited to the martial arts choreographer as it has many "Dragon Tiger Gate"-esque style action.

Overall casting is great with Nicholas Tse & Shawn Yue bringing much to the table with their acting abilities. In fact, in the NG one can easily see Nicholas Tse contributing a lot to his performance by actually doing some of his own stunts. Though Jaycee Chan's role could have been played by someone better, I'd have qualms recommending this film to a friend.

The action and storyline kept me very much engrossed in the film, watching and very much intrigued in what will happen next. This is one of those movies I'd put at 19th or 20th place on my top20 list(until another great HK movie comes along).

Definitely a good selection for a night of popcorn and martial arts movies!
