ミカン農家を営んでいるソンミン（キム・ヨンホ）とスギョン（ハ・ヒラ）は、盲導犬育成所のドンホ（クォン・ヘヒョ）に頼まれて、ハピーウォーカーをやる事になり、１匹のゴールデンラブラドールレトリバー・トラムに出会う。 そんなある日、誕生会に来た息子の友達が農薬の入ったタンクを倒し、農薬を浴びたスギョンは視力を失ってしまう。家に篭っていたスギョンは、子供たちに何もしてやれないのがつらく、ついには家族を置いてソウルに行くことを決意する。 真っ暗闇の世界でたった一人で生活を始めたスギョンだったが、視覚障害者が一人で生きていくにはつらい現実があった。 そんなスギョンを心配したソンミンの配慮で、スギョンは事故をきっかけに育成所に戻されたトラムと再会する。トラムはスギョンの事故以来、トラウマが残り盲導犬の試験に合格できずにいた。その話を聞いたスギョンはトラムと一緒に歩む決心をするが…。
