It's A Mad Mad Mad World Too (HK Version) VCD

Okay, try to keep up. It's a Mad Mad Mad World Too! (1992) is not the same movie as It's a Mad Mad Mad World II (1988). It's a Mad Mad Mad World Too! is actually It's a Mad Mad Mad World IV, which series creator Clifton Ho produced and directed after being shut out of the production of It's a Mad Mad Mad World III (1989). And it has nothing at all to do with It's a Mad Mad Mad Kung Fu World (2000). What it does have are lead performances by the late, great Lydia "Fei Fei" Shum and Bill Tung, both of whom left their marks as two of Hong Kong entertainment's most legendary character actors. Although they usually played second fiddle to more so-called "A-list" celebrities, the enormously popular Mad Mad Mad World series gave these two talents a chance to shine in their own right.

It's a Mad Mad Mad World Too! reunites Uncle Bill and Auntie Lydia with two of their grown daughters from earlier entries in the series (Loletta Lee and Elsie Chan). The family's thin finances are stretched to the breaking point when the eldest (and expecting) daughter and her husband are forced to move back home. The young couple does their best to find a place of their own before Bill and Lydia go to pieces, but just when it looks like the kids will finally be out of their parents' hair, Bill and Lydia's own apartment is foreclosed. Now the parents face the prospect of moving in with the kids!

　　驃叔、驃嬸和二女、細女一直住在公屋，大女與女婿欲遷回一起居住，原已不敷應用的居所更見迫狹，兼且屋村環境複雜，於是驃叔決定舉家搬遷。

　　驃叔一家幾經辛苦終覓得一層價格相宜的唐樓。怎料地產商已覬覦該唐樓，欲收購轉賣給日本發展財團，謀取厚利。但地產商開出的價錢低得令人難以接受，驃家根本不可能另購物業，故決定不搬。

　　地產商遂在限期前不擇手段滋擾居民，逼使他們遷出，驃叔一家聯同鄰居「撻成一塊」反抗，可惜失敗，驃只得動用僅餘的積蓄另覓臨時居所，不幸碰上銀行倒閉，畢生積蓄化為烏有。

　　地產商將逼遷行動升級，截水截電兼派黑人物登門，驃等被逼作困獸鬥，與街坊鄰里誓保家園。在最後限期，地產商終不敵驃一家人的堅毅耐力，願以驚人高價買入他們的單位，驃家一夜間變成「富貴黃金屋」！
