I love this album
| Out of all the albums that Victor has recorded, this one is the best. OMG!!! I love track #9, it is so soothing and relaxing. I love the music and the way Victor sings it. He sounds so sweet. I love his voice and he has improved in his singing. Way better than his Cantonese songs. He should stick to singing in Mandarin because he really sounds good singing in Mandarin. My other favorite tracks are #1, 2, 3, 4, 8. Even if you have listened to Victor before, I guarantee you will fall in love with this album over the others because it is really that good. |

EXCELLENT CD
| I have been a fan of Victor Chen since he first appeared in the entertainment circle under the record label EMI. His music was generally good but his singing was not all that great. Then he went to Taiwan to film the show 'First Love' (You Jian Ju Hua Xiang), which is an excellent Taiwanese tv series. And now this new mandarin album "Jade Bracelet" under the record label Decca (TW) aka Linfair Records, is a really great cd. I love that he is singing different styles besides pop, he sings rock n' roll, raps a bit, and sings love ballads. I almost didn't buy this CD, but once I noticed that it was under the Decca (TW) label, I knew that I could not go wrong because Decca (TW) usually has good songs for their singers. And after having listened to this CD, I really love it very much. It is really an excellent CD and for those who did not like his music from EMI, please give Victor a second chance because this music is really great. And plus his singing has improved a lot and his mandarin pronunciation is quite good. Always support Victor because he has a lot of potential in singing and acting. |
