Copy protection
Copy protection
| The copy protection used by Avex is easy to bypass by using exact audio copy. I don't have a stereo at work and I don't run Windows so I made a copy I can listen to on my workstation which came out perfect by using that software. I don't advocate piracy. I made the copy in order to exercise my right of fair use. BTW, nice songs on this CD. |

I'm getting sick of peoples whining!
| sure, okay, it sucks that you can't play some avex cds on your computer, but who cares!? ever heard of something called a stereo? and if your worried about scratching the disc, BE CAREFUL!!! I don't think it's smart to boycott wonderful music just because you can't listen to it on your dang computer!!! This cd is too good not to buy! |

| I am boycotting every CD with copy protection because I think it is dumb and you can have problems playing the CD on your own CD player!! Why pay for music you can't even play?? Even with my favorite artists I will NOT be buying their CDs if they have copy protection on them. If you listen to a lot of JPOP you'll probably have most of these songs anyway and it would not make a good purchase to begin with. |

| I was tempted to buy this cd too as it has some great songs (aiko, JAM, L'Arc...) but I can't since I play my cd's on my computer ;_; I don't want to scribble on it either...If only it didn't have that dumb protection (It's not like the songs don't end on Winmx a day after release and besides all these songs are previously released as non-copy protected singles). |

| Now all of us are guilty until we can demonstrate our honesty and honorability. If we are willing to buy a product we are buying the content not the media. but if the cd get damaged i must to buy another one or would be as a part of the loyalty i would receive a new one with no extra cost if i would sent the damaged copy with no charge to them. |

| i would love to buy it's got 3 of my most favorite singers on it (hikaru misisa and Ayumi) but it's that nasty protection on and i've read a article on it's not worth my money nor time. i've bought a product with that and it took me forever in the end i gave up trying to listen to it. |

copy protection?
| great CD with tons of excelent tracks. the copy protection is a joke that can be beaten by simply taking a magic marker to the extra "bad" multisession tracks around the outer rim of the disk. enjoy. |

| I was about to purchase this album when I noticed Yesasia.com's warning that it comes with anti-consumer provisions that prohibit users from making legal, fair use, copies of the content. Many thanks to Yesasia.com for this alert, but I refuse to support record labels that engage in these kinds of attacka against their own customers and encourage others to avoid doing so as well. |

Doomed on your Mac
| I've got to acknowledge YesAsia's for its honesty in acknowledging this CD's inability to be played on a Mac -- but that doesn't make it any more usable for me. Lots of great artists here; but I use my Mac's CD player regularly, and it's a shameful lack of foresight on for the makers to basically write off a whole segment of the listening public so they can preserve profit margins. So, kudos to YesAsia, and thumbs down to the short-sighted recording industry. |
