木村カエラの初映像作品！全会場即ソールド・アウトを記録したファースト・ライブ・ツアー"4YOU"の模様をドキュメンタリーで追跡！ 日本人の母とイギリス人の父を持つキュートな風貌で、2002年に雑誌「SEVENTEEN」の専属モデルとしてデビューした木村カエラ。女子中高生の間でカリスマ的な人気を博すと同時に、翌年の4月からテレビ神奈川（TVK）の人気番組「saku saku（サクサク）」のMCを務め、神奈川県を中心に朝の顔として活躍。さらに2004年6月にはシングル「Level 42」でCDデビューを果たし、同年12月には全曲の作詞も手掛けた1stアルバム「KAELA」をリリース。オリコン初登場8位にランクインされ、その人気を決定付けた。本作は、そんな彼女の初となる映像作品。2005年4月3日の渋谷AXを皮切りに、全国3ケ所4公演が行われた1st Tour 2005 "4YOU"で披露された全14曲を完全収録するほか、バックステージの模様やオフショットを収録したドキュメント映像を曲間に盛り込んだ、ファンにはたまらない内容の作品となっている。
