new image..but it works..

if you in take into account the unexpected departure of sunghee.. then you would see how much seungyeon, and especially nicole and gyuri have improved.. in their previous album, Sunghee took over all the notes..you could barely hear the other girls..when it came to lives..you could hear that the other 3 could hold their own as well.. anyways..in this album you could definately hear the improvements of the 3 members.. honestly..i still think the nicole, gyuri, and seungyeon have the best vocals group wise.. their voices blend together very nicely :) the new members lack in vocals hence the one liners they get.. their songs were a shock to KARA fans especially b/c we were left in the dark..but I got used to it and this mini album is cleary just for the summer.. looking forward to even better improvements from all of them.. :D KARA fighting!!! |

the songs in this mini album are definitely a little catchier than their first, although not vocally the best that they can do the songs are mostly bubbly and cute Rock U is very catchy although at the first listen it will be quite awkward to experience the HUGE change in their concept, but before u even know it you'll be humming Rock U Body Say in your head im glad they added a ballad track to this album, Wait. its a really good ballad, you can hear nicole's improved vocals and her rap in the other 4 songs are getting so much better now we'll have to wait for their next release, for a stronger song vocally and i wouldnt mind if sunghee comes back (; this album booklet is glossy and the pictures are beautiful although im truly disappointed in the cd design. its totally Plain. totally different from the beautiful cd design of their first album |

cute comeback
| When I heard Sunghee left Kara, I was devastated because she was the most talented member of the group and definitely my favorite. But Kara has come back with 2 new members, still I can't say they make up for Sunghee. I'm not really hearing any of their vocal abilities. Their new songs are good, but a little too much cutesy stuff. They should really try to display some strong vocals in their songs, even the Wondergirls show some strong vocals. If they wanna get farther with their career, showing some strong is definitely needed. But still their new mini album is pretty catchy, and it does have nice tunes. My favorite song is definitely Good Day. |

I was sooo excited for KARA's comeback. Even though they lost Sunghee who had a lot of potential when it came to her voice, the two new members definitely make up for it. Rock U is a very upbeat and cheery song, but at first the song may seem messy. Definitely listen to it more than once because it will grow on you. The 4 other songs are equally as catchy. My favorite song is Good Day :) I just wish they would include a DVD that had the MV and Making of the MV on it <3 |
