15歳で単身福岡から上京し、16歳で路上で歌い始めた川嶋あい。地道なライブやレコーディング活動で徐々にファンを獲得し、また、人気ユニット"I WiSH"のaiとしても活躍した。その初期の活動は、大内理加による少女漫画「路上の天使〜川嶋あい物語」に描かれている。2006年には「My LOVE」がフジテレビ系「あいのり」主題歌に採用されるなど、活躍の場を広げている。
本作には、2003年夏に渋谷公会堂にて行われたコンサートの模様を収録。渋谷公会堂は、川嶋あいが路上ライブをやっていた時代の目標のひとつであった場所であり、このコンサートはまさに夢のメモリアル・コンサート。彼女の音楽を愛する気持ち、そして夢をかなえたパワーがひしひしと伝わってくる、ファン必携のライブ映像作品である。
