Co-directed by media personality Kam Kwok Leung and Hong Kong new-wave filmmaker Leung Po Chih (Jumping Ash), the 1988 Hong Kong comedy features a sparkling cast that includes Cora Miao, Eric Tsang, Richard Ng, James Wong, Sandy Lam, Lee Heung Kam, Meg Lam, Stanley Fung, and Cora Miao again! The award-winning actress of Passion and Love in a Fallen City plays twin sisters Cheung Sheung and Tze Ngor. Ngor is a patient of the mental hospital, but she tricks her elder sister into swapping identities with her.
Once outside, Ngor sets out to find her adulterous ex-husband (James Wong). In the process, she meets a millionaire (Cantonese Opera artist Tang Wing Cheung) and a postman (action director Mang Hoi) who has a secret love for Sheung. In the mean time, with a large assortment of insane people (both hospital staff and inmates) in her company, Sheung grows fond of her new life in the hospital. Not even her fiance (Eric Tsang) can convince her to go back to the outside world again!

But out of a madcap incident, Cheung Sheung is "cheated" into the hospital, exchanging identity with her insane sister. The mad house is lived by all kinds of weirdos. The "game" is that Cheung Sheung will stay in the hospital only for a while. It's a happy ending for both sisters, each has found her own way of life...
