Fantastic!!!
| Excellent! Chanced upon this album by accident. Was just browsing around in a music store when the cover of the album caught my eye. Besides, most of the English songs listed were my favourites, so I thought "Why Not". His singing and voice completely blew me away when I listened to the album! "THE ROSE" completely captured my heart. Track 15 is simply magical! A sure recommendation to all; Ken's fans or non-Ken's fans. (I was a non-Ken fan before I bought this album). |

Smooth
| Hirai Ken's own impersonation of american classics. Simply fabulous. Sprinkles of jazz, swing, completed with Japanese style of singing. This is a must buy for all music go-ers. I enjoyed it alot. |

Particular like track no 15. First it was magical duet between's Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole on the song "unforgetable" in 1992. Now, Ken Hirai did it again by recording his voice over original song of another deceased japanese Singer. The singers of rqi generation jazz up the ambience by their smooth and emotive delivery. You have to check out the MTV of this song for their true chemistry. I was really amazed. |

Ken Did It Again!!!!!
| Ken's Bar is a very smoth and relaxing Album. Ken's singing in this Album is very beautiful, and emotional i believe Ken's feeling was from his heart. THE ROSE the beautiful Lyrics, with Ken's Beautiful voice touched my heart. LOVIN' YOU, i can almost feel Ken's Love. Paino Version of Ohkina Furudokei is very nice. Ken's Voice in FAITH & ABC are very cute. ONE DAY, WHAT A WONDERFUL LIFE, YOU'VE GOT A FRIEND, WHEN YOUR WISH UPON A STAR, & DON'T KNOW WHY are very nice. and Track 15. is a very elegant song. This CD is a Must Buy For Ken's Fans or Non Ken's Fans, and also rather you like japanese songs or not, because 8/15 of the songs are in English, and 3/15 is instrumental, and 2 of the japanese songs are very nice too. So get your self a copy before it is out, or you'll be sorry. |
