In this movie, Hye Sik, a detective, showed up in Joo Moon Jin with his deceased twin brother's ashes. Unknown to Hye Sik, his brother had been involved with the local gangs. Upon his arrival, the gangs mistaken Hye Sik as his brother and the detective began to wonder about his late brother's involvement with them. Slowly he learnt the truth...
