Kinetic Flow는 지난 2000년도 부터 MC스나이퍼와 그의 클랜 붓다베이비의 주축으로써 수많은 언더그라운드 무대를 통해 실력을 다져온 비도승우와 U.L.T.로 이루어진 힙합듀오이자 붓다베이비 두번째 바턴을 받은 팀이기도 하다.
음악적 베이스는 힙합이지만 기존의 국내 힙합 앨범들과는 사뭇다른 색깔을 그려내고 있다. 지난 몇년간 국내 힙합 시장의 구도는 유학파 뮤지션들이 이끌어가는 본토 트랜드의 힙합과 순수 국내 뮤지션들이 이끌어가는 한국적인 정서의 힙합으로 양분화 되어 왔는데 Kinetic Flow의 앨범은 본토의 느낌과 한국적인 정서의 절충을 통한 그들만의 음악을 선보이고 있다. 무려 총 18트랙이 수록 되어 있는 첫번째 앨범 [Challenge 4 da Change]는 “변화를 위한 도전” 라는 뜻에서 앨범 타이틀을 [Challenge 4 da Change]라 지었다.

kinetic flow rocks
| first of all i am not a huge fan of hip hop or rap music style,but this cd was a really good surprise to me i really love the way they mix all kinds of styles (the perfect example is the first track an acoustic piano composed by yiruma,and the second track is using the sample of that piano theme with a rap rhytmic,that song rocks),and the samples used are very well choosed,the result is a versatile cd,for their first work they have made a terific cd most of the tracks are good...if you feel sad or low just put this cd in your player and let the music play. |
