excellent song....okay single.
| i love final fantasy..so i was anxiously awaiting this release. i like the japanese and english versions, which it includes. though they are not produced the same. the japanese version has more piano and drums...the english version is more orchestera focused. but i really love the fact that i can understand the lyrics and i like the lyrics. its a different type of love song..it's about loving someone to let them go and do what they need to..even though that means they won't be with you. the other songs are Santa Fe and a cover of "whiter shade of pale" sung in japanese. Santa Fe was written by her and is in english. unfortunately it's very reptitive and it goes on too long. its not a bad song..i just can't get into listening to it. now. whiter shade of pale is a good song. i like it.but i just don't like this version. i mean she does s good job..but wish she had kept it in english and it does go on too long. however i would reccomend this single. on the strength of the lead single and the strong possibility that you will disagree with me about the other two songs. especially if you like her...and are a fan like i am. |
